‘Offline is a new luxury’

Brahma Muhurta is a 48-minute period that begins about 1 hour and 36 minutes before sunrise, which is 4am to 5.30am. The vibrations during this time are considered highly pure and are great for meditation, yoga or any spiritual activity.

Meditation

The meditation journey is different for different people. Once you start, some realize that they can’t focus on breathing only or for some thoughts in their minds keep pouring. Below is my take on meditation(after many times giving up), wherein I put on my headphones (4am, JanHit mein Jaari!) & play below playlist from Spotify (no ads please)/ you might want to download:

‘Om Chants 108 times By Brahmins’ (47 mins) chant helps you to calm your breath as you chant ‘Om’ with the song. The word Om is defined by Hindu scripture as being the original vibration of the universe, which all other vibrations are able to manifest. Chanting OM helps you connect with your inner self and recognize the interconnectedness of all beings.
Next, we can listen to shiva & krishna instrumentals to further do 15 mins pranayama like ‘Anulom Vilom’ & ‘Kapal Bhati’ which further enhances lung capacity, improved oxygen flow and better digestion.
